How Can I Get the Ride Amenities I Need?
On the LUXY™ app, it’s easy to add on any amenities you need while you’re traveling. From traveling with children or pets, to protecting your trip, to VIP meet-and-greet services when you arrive, we’ve got you covered.
Trip Protection
If the last few years have taught us anything, it’s that plans can change at the drop of a hat. If your plans fall through, Trip Protection has your back. Cancel with a full refund up to 3 hours prior to your pick-up time when you add Trip Protection to your upcoming ride.
After adding your pick-up and drop-off locations and selecting a vehicle type for your trip, you will have the option to select “Extras”. The first on the list is Trip Protection, which will already be checked to “ON” or selected for you to add easy, enhanced flexibility to your trips by default.
Keep the toggle set to the right to ensure the $8 Trip Protection option is added to your trip. If your flight is delayed, diverted, or canceled you have the option of rescheduling your trip at no additional cost. Please view our Terms and Conditions for more information on Trip Protection.
Airport Meet-and-Greet Service
If you’re looking to add even more of a VIP experience to your luxury black car transport, choosing Arrival Meet-and-Greet is the move for you. Forget airport parking, with this added $25 service the driver will meet you at baggage claim with a personalized pick-up sign.
After adding your pick-up and drop-off locations and selecting a vehicle type for your trip, you will have the option to select “Extras”. Please note, the meet-and-greet option will only show up under “Extras” if your pick-up location listed is an airport. You will see it listed directly under Trip Protection.
Set the toggle to the right to add the $25 “Arrival Meet and Greet” services to your ride. Once clicked, the app will give you the option to add a Passenger Name (required) and any additional comments or instructions.
Pet Travel
With other rideshare services, bringing pets can be a hassle. You may not even know if you can let a pet ride with you until the driver shows up, which is in no way reliable when you need special accommodations for your furry friend. With LUXY™, that’s no longer a problem. Book in advance and choose “Traveling With a Pet” at checkout and you can board with any kenneled animal per ADA requirements.*
After adding your pick-up and drop-off locations and selecting a vehicle type for your trip, you will have the option to select “Extras”, and under that you will see an option for “Traveling With a Pet” listed.
Set the toggle to the right to add the $15 “Traveling With a Pet” accommodations to your ride. If this option is not selected at the time of booking you may subject to this charge once your ride is complete.
*Kennel guidelines are as follows: Less than 25 pounds: Lap carrier permitted. More than 25 pounds: Must be reserved as SUV or Larger. The restrictions above do not affect service animals
Child Seats
Traveling with children means plenty of added requirements and surprises. When it comes to car seats, eliminate the added stress of brining your own when you can have one added to your ride in advance. Add this to your booking in advance– and when you show up, the chosen type of seat for your child will be provided to ride in.
After adding your pick-up and drop-off locations and selecting a vehicle type for your trip, you will have the option to select “Extras”. Under that you will see an option for “Child Seat” listed.
Set the toggle to the right to add the $10 “Child Seat” accommodations to your ride. Once clicked, the app will give you the option to select the seat style and to add any additional seats at $10 each.
